Form Flag: Signed

There are three possible form flags to indicate the signature status of a CRF.  See the figure below and the section Signing eCRFs for additional information.

• The default status is gray, indicating a CRF does not require signing.
• The form flag turns yellow when XXX.
• When a CRF has been signed, the form flag turns green.
