Form Flag: Reportable

Use of the “Reportable” flag marks the CRF to allow the exporting of data within that CRF.  Marking a CRF “Reportable” will also automatically mark the form “Frozen” and “Reviewed”.  

From inside an individual CRF, click on the “Reportable” button at the top of the page in the menu bar.  See Figure 1 below.  This will change the “R” flag on the Subject Landing Page from gray or yellow to green and change the “Reportable” button to “Unreportable”.  To reverse the step, click “Unreportable.”
