Reports

    A variety of product reports can be generated.  The following are sample reports.

Available Products

Sample output:

Description of content:  List of Available Products, by Site by Product.  Shows Lot Number, Serial Number, Shipped & Expiration Date.  Also shows Total Available.

Input parameters:  Can specify site or list all available sites.

Product Accountability

Sample output:

Description of content:  Status of Products by Site.  Shows Lot Number, Serial Number, Expiration Date, Shipped Date, Returned/Transfer Date, Returned/Transfer Location, Disposition, Disposition Date and Comments.

Input parameters:  Can specify site or list all available sites.  Can specify disposition of product (Demo, Discarded, Implanted, Unused, Used or Other).

Disposition Summary

Sample output:

Description of content:  Totals of Products by Site.  Shows Products Shipped, Products Used, Products Available, Products Returned/Transferred and Other.

Input parameters:  Can specify site or list all available sites.

Product Expiring

Sample output:

Description of content:  Status of Prodcut that expires by a specified date.  Shows Model Number, Description, Lot Number, Serial Number, Expiration Date and Shipped Date.

Input parameters: Can specify site or list all available sites.  Must specify “Expiring by Date” to run report.

Product Shipments

Sample output:

Description of content:  List of Product Shipments.  Shows Ship ID, Date Shipped, Type of Shipment, Location, Internal Tracking Number, Carrier Tracking Number, Number of Items.

Input parameters:  Can specify site or list all available sites.  Can specify Shipment Type (Return, Shipment or Transfer).

Product Tracking Log

Sample output:

Description of content:  Product Tracking Log by Shipment.  Shows To & From Sites, Date of Shipment, Shipment ID, Carrier & Tracking Number, Internal Tracking Number, Comments.  Also shows Details of Shipment: Lot Number, Serial Number, Expiration Date, Receipt Verification, Date Used, Subject ID, Disposition and Total number of each Product shipped.

Input parameters:  Can specify site or list all available sites.  Can specify Tracking Number, Shipment ID and/or Shipment Date.

Product Tracking Details by Shipment

Sample output:

Description of content: Product Tracking Log by Shipment.  Shows To & From Sites, Date of Shipment, Shipment ID, Carrier & Tracking Number, Internal Tracking Number, Comments.  Also shows Details of Shipment: Lot Number, Serial Number, Expiration Date, Disposition Date and Disposition of Product.

Input parameters:  Can specify site or list all available sites.  Can specify Tracking Number, Shipment ID and/or Shipment Date.
