Field types

Text Fields  are completed by typing.  Information is provided for any formatting requirements  (See example as indicated by '1' in above image)

Drop Down Lists  (as indicated by '2' in above image) are completed by scrolling through possible selections and then clicking desired option.

Check Boxes  are completed by simply checking the desired option.

Memo fields are completed by typing, and allow for multi-line text.     When on a memo field (multi-line textbox), pressing Shift-ENTER will embed a carriage return into the text field and move the cursor to a new line.  When exported, it will appear as a "\n".  This keeps the data consistent with common export formats, which use comma-separated files easily read by Excel.
