Generating Reports

Most reports are accessed by selecting All Reports (under the Reports icon) once a study is selected from the home page.  Some reports, however, are generated directly from a related page; e.g. payment reports directly from the Payments page.  

If you have permission to access the Reports module, you should see the Reports icon on your study landing page as shown in Figure 1 below.

When you click on the All Reports link, you will be brought to the Reports Menu showing a list of reports available to the user.  [NOTE: The list of reports available to each user will vary by study and user profile.]  See the image below in Figure 2 below.  Page through the list of reports using the Next and Last links or narrow the list using the Category filter as shown in Figure 3 below.

In summary, reports available to the user will be determined by the permissions group assigned.  If you would like access to other reports that are not currently available to you, please contact the study Sponsor who will consider your request for access.
