To use/run reports, you should ensure you have a PDF reader that, upon installation, automatically registers with the browsers on your machine. There are a variety of PDF readers that may be downloaded free of charge from the internet, e.g. Adobe Acrobat Reader (http://get.adobe.com/reader/). Test the software after installation to ensure the software is operating properly.
There are dozens of standard reports, but you may wish to have MAESTRO configured to offer study-specific custom reports. Contact Libra Medical for more information on options for custom reports.
When a study is created in MAESTRO, reports are allocated to certain “permission groups” by the Sponsor in conjunction with Libra Medical, who configures the groups. Users will be able to execute the reports only if given the permissions to that group.
There are 9 standard permissions groups in MAESTRO, allowing a Sponsor to control user access in a variety of different ways. These groups may be created to match a specific job title or responsibility, e.g. study investigators, study coordinators, monitors, clinical management staff, etc., but are customized by the Sponsor for their study.
